SCRUM compliant Organization

Any organization can apply as SCRUM Compliant OrganizationTM. As soon as you apply for SCRUM Compliant OrganizationTM credential, you will receive a notification from our team with the list of documents along with the Auditor name. Our Authorized Auditor will contact you for the date and time for the audit. The Auditor will visit your organization and will review the processes across your organization.  You will get enough window period to submit the documentation to be eligible for this organizational level certification. You can also apply for this certification through our Authorized Training Organizations or our country chapters.

If your organization is an Organization member you will get benefits when you apply for the SCRUM Compliant OrganizationTM credentials. You get a discount of on the Auditing and certification cost if you are an Organization Member of SCRUM Body.

Any organization can conduct an internal or external audit to check whether the processes within their departments is SCRUM compliant.

Steps for certification

STEP 1: Apply for the SCRUM Compliant OrganizationTM credential

STEP 2: Our Team will contact you the form, fill and submit the form

STEP 3: Auditor will be assigned

STEP 4: Audit will be conducted by our Auditor

STEP 5: You will receive the credentials within 30 days, after submission of the Audit report

STEP 6: If there are any non-compliances in the Audit report, the organization will be given a time period of 90 days for re-audit

STEP 7: After certification, the organization has to maintain the certification by adding professional credits and training their staff

Total timeline for the process

Minimum: 15 days

Maximum: 30 days

Requirements

• You need to undergo SCRUM process audit, done by our Authorized Auditor
• You need to be a legal entity
• You need to have people within organization certified on SCRUM to help maintain your certificate

Any organization can conduct this audit and get an unbiased report form our Authorized SCRUM Auditor. Our Auditors are qualified and competent to suggest you improvements as to how you can make your processes and people SCRUM compliant. This will help your organization deliver better shippable deliverables to your stakeholders.

Recertification process

The credential of SCRUM Compliant OrganizationTM is valid for lifetime. Your organization needs to renew the certificate by conducting process audits by our Authorized Auditor to maintain the credential. This audit has to be performed at least once a year.
