SCRUM Master Practitioner

Scrum Master PractitionerTM leads the candidate to be a certified member of SCRUM Community to learn SCRUM in a practical and detailed way. This certification focusses on covering the concepts, benefits, tools and techniques, roles and responsibilities, methods and professional values of SCRUM. This certification will give you in-depth knowledge in the SCRUM Methodology and thereby encourages you to implement Scrum Methodology in your Project teams. This certification develops SCRUM Master who are facilitators to the Scrum Team. SCRUM Master ensures that the project is completed successfully and the customer accepts the shippable deliverable at end of each sprint. The SCRUM master coordinates with the SCRUM Product owner and also manages the SCRUM team. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and acts as a coach for the SCRUM team. The SCRUM Master manages and overcomes all the impediments for the SCRUM team.

The SCRUM Master plays a vital role in the SCRUM organization. SCRUM Master is a responsible position and additionally, contributes to the delivery of the project.

This certification provides an excellent platform for the SCRUM Master to showcase their knowledge in SCRUM organization.

For whom is this certification meant for?

Anyone and everyone who intends to become a SCRUM Master who has the capability and skills to manage the SCRUM team or someone who is already working as a SCRUM Master or a traditional Project Manager who wish to upgrade his / her skills and competencies to work as a SCRUM Master can appear for this certification. The role of the Scrum Master is more a coaching and facilitation role, a role that sits between the project and the customer. The Scrum Master supports the Product Owner, coaches the team and makes sure that Scrum processes are adhered to. The Scrum Master is responsible for the Scrum process, its correct implementation, and the maximization of its benefits.

Requirement Criteria

No Work Experience: In order to appear for this certification exam you do not need any professional work experience.

Education: You need to mandatorily attend the training from our Accredited Training Organization to appear for the SCRUM Master PractitionerTM examination. 

Pre-requisite: Preferably SCRUM Developer PractitionerTM  certified but not a mandate   

Examination Pattern

The Scrum Master PractitionerTM Exam is based on the Body of Knowledge for Scrum. The certification contains 60 multiple-choice questions to test the participant’s concepts from the Body of Knowledge for Scrum. Each question has equal weightage. There is no negative marking for any question. Exam is been closely monitored and proctored by the Authorized Examination Organizations been appointed by SCRUM Body. You can select any Examination Organization nearby your location to appear for the examination.

The result is declared within maximum 15 working days from the date of exam. Upon successfully clearing the examination candidates can be honoured by the credentials

Candidates are requested to use naming of credentials on their respective profiles and social networking media as per the guidelines mentioned in the SCRUM Body Code of ethics.

Note : You will receive an email once we receive your Answer sheet. The soft copy and hard copy certificates will be issued after receipt of the Answer sheets as mentioned in the chart.
